OUR REVIEWS

Mid-week at midday, Fisher’s was already busy. When we tucked into our haddock and plaice chips on the Green, we could see why. The batter was ever so light and crisp; the chips spot on with no excess grease. The minty, herby mushy peas were some of the best we’ve had. The price was very reasonable for the huge servings and quality.

I'm not a lover of fish & chips but I would definitely recommend this place. Food was really good, NOT greasy, fish was succulent even the meat fritter was good. Restaurant is done really nice and they even offer takeaway nextdoor, can't go wrong.

Fantastic fish, chips and minted mushy peas. Top job!! Efficient staff. Relaxed service. All freshly cooked to order.
